Analogman Ardx20 Dual Delay in Malaysia!

It’s all about how you create your sound. If you must have tons of delay in your tone, by all means – go to town with it.

This is the Amazeo,really good name for it as it amazes people what it can be done,with this baby,guitar players are able to enter tap Tempo mode,rather only be able to tap in the tempo you can also control the two modulation parameters: Modulation Speed and Modulation Type.

Analogman BC108 Fuzz! Yeah a Fuzz Pedal!

Let me start off by saying I’m a fanboy of Fuzz Face. This started out the first time I heard Jimi. And the bug grew bigger when I tried out Dunlop’s big blue Jimi’s Fuzz Face. It simply had an awesome tone.

Awesome tone but nonetheless troublesome. You see, a Fuzz Face isn’t like your favourite OD or distortion. To get its blooming beauty, you’ve got to work things out a fair bit. Many times, I’ve sat down with friends and fellow musicians who tried out a Fuzz Face, and they all had similar complaints. The fuzz is too thin, it’s too buzzy, and it freaks out with wah and other effects. And often, those guys got their effects chain wrong, and didn’t work out the kinks associated to Fuzz Face.  

The Fuzz Face and all its associated clones; with true vintage wiring and with germanium or silicon transistor, will always be fussy. This is one of the strange effects that will always want to be first. So, place it first in line. And have the rest of your stomps follow it after. As for working with wah, without squeals and funny buzzy noises, get a Foxrox wah retrofit fitted in. The buffer cheats the FF into believing it’s seeing a guitar signal and won’t act all wonky. And your wah will finally give you a full sweep.

Now, if you want to boost the Fuzz Face, or simply tighten the fuzzy edges, throw a Tubescreamer or some other drive after it. Something transparent is awesome but I personally use a TS9 after my Sunface BC108. It thickens the tone and gives me that Bonamassa type of lead tone (with a Strat’s bridge pup)!

Normally I’d say there are no rules as to how you want to set your rig up. But when it comes to Fuzz Face and its likes, you simply have to stick by some of the timeless, tried and tested rules. And before you say Jimi did fine with his, remember…Jimi had Roger Mayer.

Analogman Effect Pedals Malaysia-The Prince of Tone Overdrive!

Analogman is Here Finally in Malaysia,Talking about this legendary brand,what it gives us ozzes tone,vintage sound and most certainly,quality control....Sharing some experiences talking to Analogman Mike from the USA,we totally understand why he has such good reputation...combined with slick and smart Research and design from Japan,they cater their products to the most experienced of players...the fuzzes,chorus and compressors and snapped up in just few moments after arriving,we only had some short moment to actually have this photo sessions! After photos are out,the people are in! A must try for vintage sound lovers,yes its Modded version are good too!

The Prince of Tone-Its an overdrive on its own,yes it has some similarities of the King of Tone.


The three modes are:

1) Normal Overdrive mode (OD mode): This is the standard King Of Tone sound, - a touch drive available than a tube screamer. Can get much louder than a tube screamer.

2) CLEAN mode : This mode has less distortion, it can be used for clean boosts or clearer, louder sounds. It's sort of a cross between a true clean boost and an overdrive. CLEAN MODE is even less compressed and louder than the OD mode. I love this mode with high drive settings too!

3) DISTORTION mode :  more drive than the standard mode- a touch of hard distortion. The sound is more compressed, yet retains the pedal’s character. Same volume as OD mode.

At low DRIVE settings, or when playing softly, there is not much difference between the three modes, they all can get pretty clean and have the same level at low drive settings. The ability to clean up when playing softly is a very useful feature of this pedal. The Drive knob works like the KOT with HIGHER GAIN OPTION, so you can set it anywhere and get great tones.

The Barber Half Gainer is the dual channel version of our retired LTD series of ultra clear low gain overdrive. The Half Gainer adds new features for enhanced live performance. There is a new "mid character" control that simultaneously adjusts the midrange content and shifts the EQ curve to compliment the amount of midrange added or cut! We worked with pedal artist Bronson Wagner to achieve a very upscale graphic and paint presentation. Bronson tastefully applied Art Deco styling on a rich new silver vein powder coat, for beauty with significant durability. 

The sounds that emanate from our overdrive instrument range from subtle purrs, to an authoritative sweet grind. The Midrange Character control allows you to set the tone control to a nearly flat EQ balance for BIG chords that match your clean tone magnificently, or dial in a sophisticated fatness to thicken your single note lines to perfection.

The Half Gainer has control features that include; two channels with fully independent adjustments of output volume and gain for each channel. This is a tremendous step up from simply boosting schemes often implemented by other pedal companies. There are a shared Tone and Midrange Character adjustments on top the Half Gainer to keep things simple for quick live settings. The Half Gainer also has internal trim pots made by CTS to facilitate note-shape (2012), bass and presence balancing.
